Delivery Information

UK standard delivery is charged at £4.99 per order.   Orders are generally sent by Royal Mail Tracked service, but depending on size of parcel may be sent with a different carrier.  Our aim is, where possible, to despatch orders the next working day after the order is placed.

Postage cost for returns would be at your own expense, but please email us first so we know to look out for the return.  It is always advised to get a proof of posting when you send it.  

We are not currently able to offer website ordering for orders outside of the UK due to the vast differences in shipping costs depending on weight, country and size of parcels.  If you are outside the UK please email sales@catandmousegifts.co.uk with your delivery address including country, and a list of codes/items required and we will calculate the shipping at cost for you. This will be charged at what it costs us.   If you are happy with the shipping cost we will then email you an invoice you can pay securely online.
